DOES ALOHAS SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, of course we do! All of our inventory is stored in our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain; and can be shipped globally. No matter where are you from, we will make sure that you receive your Alohas in a timely fashion.

** Please, note that as soon as you buy a product from a non-EU country, then you effectively become an importer. In this case the goods will normally be held by customs authority at entry, pending the payment of duty and tax. Alohas is not responsible for paying these fees. **

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped 1 or 2 business days after the order has been placed, except if placed during the weekend or during a national holiday. In that case it would be processed the following business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped along with tracking information.


HOW MUCH WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE AND HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

We have shipping options available for every budget.

STANDARD SERVICE: Orders within the EU normally take 2 to 4 business days to arrive after being shipped. International orders (outside the European Union) would normally take up to 5 business days to arrive after being shipped.

EXPRESS SERVICE: Orders within the EU normally take 2 business days to arrive after being shipped. International orders (outside the European Union) normally take 2 to 4 business days to arrive after being shipped.

In any case, prices applied to both services vary depending on what the package’s destiny is. Therefore, the easiest way to find out what the exact cost for shipping is, is to simulate a purchase on our website.

Occasionally, some orders are delayed in customs causing arrival time to increase. If this is the case please, contact us: contact@alohassandals.com.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes we do! We offer free shipping for orders that are 130€ onwards.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please look at your shipping confirmation email to track your package, and check on the delivery status. You should just follow the instructions provided by the courier. This usually means you’re redirected by a link to the courier’s website where the status of your order is updated.
